2.宣传思达特英语学校文化及教学理念，潜意识做招生宣传； 3.增强学生，家长与学校的联系和互动性。二．活动流程
（一）活动前准备
1.任课教师提前一个月策划和排练感恩节表演剧目，并安排提前学习相关词汇。 2.前台教师设计感恩节邀请函及宣传彩页。3.行政人员负责整个活动采购。4.市场人员提前安排发放感恩节邀请函，活动临近与家长电话沟通活动的意义及活动时间和活动方式。（包括在校学生家长，咨询或记录的，退学或转学的，潜在的生源等）
5.学校走廊或校门口，提前张贴活动海报。
（二）活动中
1.前台接待，将学生与家长分开，学生到会场有老师提前安排，讲明会场秩序，游戏规则等。
2.PPT滚动展示学校教学成果及教师风采，教材体系，课程介绍，由前台老师进行介绍，接下来带领家长观看，在校学生学习档、教室环境及教学设备，重点突出学校的优点。
3.稍后，将家长带进会场，教师带领学生起立鼓掌，欢迎家长就坐。
（三）晚会进行中
1.主持人宣布“感恩节”活动正式开始； 2.学生表演节目；
3.游戏互动，抽奖活动及礼品发放； 4.教师表演节目；
5.校长致感谢词，全体教师谢幕。 三．活动后总结

感恩节英文小话剧 Thanksgiving Day Scene 1
Aside：It’s winter and it’s very cold，the ship has been floating on the sea for 2 month（the other people act as boating and sing a song“ ”），the wind blows（imitating wind sound），thundering（imitating thunder sound），oh，God ble them，Amen（cro in front of the chest）Captain：one two three four，two two three four three two three four。。oh my lady gaga，see？There is the beach，come on，guys，we are ganna make it(我们成功啦)，we are saved，thank God！（the other people boating hardly and shout together “Hurray”）。
Alice（daughter of captain）：Daddy，where are we now？what is the place，I am sacred.（with the sound of beasts roar）

Aside: When they are making the prayers , they hear some voice coming out from the juggle, it’s like people singing and dancing there ,after which there comes smell of roast meat.(sound of dancing and singing and smell of roast meat if we can make it)

1.南瓜赛跑 古老的感恩节游戏。比赛者用小勺推着南瓜跑，规则是绝对不能用手碰南瓜，先到终点者获胜，比赛用勺子越小越有趣，2.玉米游戏 还有一种玉米游戏也很古老。游戏时。人们把五个玉米藏在屋里，由大家分头去找，其他同学，用大小声的方式给予暗示，找到玉米的五个人参加比赛，其他人在一旁观看。比赛开始，五个人就迅速把玉米粒剥在一个碗里，谁先剥完谁得奖，然后由没有参加比赛的人围在碗旁边猜里面有多少玉米粒，猜得数量最接近的奖给一大包玉米花。
3.Hand turkey 这是一款亲子游戏，老师让同学们伸出自己的一只小手，让其充当模型，在家长的辅助下，画出火鸡的轮廓，然后再画上火鸡的脚，头，尾巴，一只栩栩如生，各具特色的火鸡就诞生了。最后，同学们写下对父母的祝福语。

活动主题：欢欢喜喜过大年 活动目的：通过此次活动能筛选出来一些对昂立比较忠实的学员，临近过年给这些忠实的学员及家长最大的一些福利同时预热新学期的课程及折扣的宣传
三月份
活动主题：妈妈，您辛苦了
活动目的：通过“妇女节”可以邀约学员的家长，在两个校区内可以搞一些趣味运动会，增加老师，孩子，家长三方的信任度，让家长更信任我们的老师及学校，增进彼此的感情，甚至可以让孩子们准备一份自己动手制作的礼物，在活动当天送给自己妈妈
四月份
活动主题：第一届 “XX杯”小学生作文竞赛
活动目的：与学校合作搞一次作文竞赛，先从有关系的学校入手，预赛在学校内搞，到时可把作文试卷回收，上面让学生备注好家长的的联系方式，回头让课程顾问电话邀约每个学生参加决赛，决赛在昂立的两个校区进行，决赛当天课程顾问可与家长进行第一次沟通，有意向的再进行二次回访
五月份
活动主题：我是劳动小能手
活动目的：通过“劳动节”可组织本校的学员进社区（前提是与社区居委会对接好）做一些义务的劳动，同时可以让老学员邀请自己的X名小伙伴同时去（现场可进行宣传，把有意向的家长联系方式留下来，以备二次回访邀约）同时邀约家长一起与孩子们动手进行劳动（比如制作盆栽、植一颗小树等等）让家长和学员觉得我们的活动多姿多彩，老师可以在现场用英语教给孩子们来怎样做，也可进行现场教学，比如，树用英文怎么样说？Tree
六月份
活动主题：今天我是“XX”小主角
活动目的：通过“儿童节”邀约老学员及家长进行一次路演，老学员可带X名小伙伴，到场的小朋友们都有机会获得奖品，让老学员及老师排练一些节目，路演的时候在小舞台上表演，家长在底下做观众（也可让学生和家长表演，只要上台表演就有小礼品），主要是老师与家长和学生的互动，在场可以发一些代金券，当天续费及报名最大的优惠尺度，仅此一天，同时宣传我们寒假的课程及活动和折扣
七月份
活动主题：XX英语角
活动目的：可组织老学员及家长出游一次，去公园野餐，可进行一次室外现场教学，到时可通过老学员带X名小伙伴一起出行，让新客户了解昂立的教学模式，现场展现老师的教学风采，还可带有外教 八月份
活动主题：暑假去哪儿
活动目的：可搞一次夏令营，丰富校内老学员的活动
九月份
活动主题：第一届 “XX杯”小学生数学竞赛
活动目的：与学校合作搞一次数学竞赛，先从有关系的学校入手，预赛在学校内搞，到时可把数学试卷回收，上面让学生备注好家长的的联系方式，回头让课程顾问电话邀约每个学生参加决赛，决赛在昂立的两个校区进行，决赛当天课程顾问可与家长进行第一次沟通，有意向的再进行二次回访
十月份
活动主题：欢度国庆，唱响红歌，我是才艺小能手
活动目的：通过“国庆节”可邀约学员及家长搞一次我们学校自己的艺术节，老学员可带X名小伙伴及家长，可进行任何的才艺展示（例如可唱一些红歌等）现场大抽奖等一些回馈老学员的福利，同时让新客户可以了解到除了在昂立上课，还有每个月的丰富活动
十一月
活动主题：第二届”XX杯”小学生英语竞赛
活动目的：与学校合作搞一次英语竞赛，先从有关系的学校入手，预赛在学校内搞，到时可把英语试卷回收，上面让学生备注好家长的的联系方式，回头让课程顾问电话邀约每个学生参加决赛（口语），决赛在校区进行，决赛当天课程顾问可与家长进行第一次沟通，有意向的再进行二次回访

活动主题：辞旧迎新，我在XX的这一年
活动目的：通过年会的形式，发邀请函，每名老学员可带X名新学员及家长到场，现场组织一些亲子活动和节目表演，同时发送给老学员一些奖品及给新客户一些纪念奖和代金券，在现场宣传我们寒假的课程及优惠活动和折扣，也可进行现场报名，当天优惠尺度要大一些，仅此一天
第3篇：培训机构活动方案策划
培训机构的招生工作是非常重要，面对现在的培训机构招生，除了传统的一些宣传单的形式，还需要策划好的招生方案，吸引大量的学生来参加，或是通过一些活动方案来维护老生，进而通过活动来吸引转介绍。
所以做为管理者，校区的活动方案策划也是非常必备的能力，以下分享的活动方案的设计，是在阳光喔作文校长培训上学习到的，我觉得还是好多学校可以学习和使用的。
一、活动概述
阳光喔感恩节活动旨在通过测评微小说、奖励电影兑换券形式，达到拉动到访、老生维护和品牌建设的目的。活动期间新生携带微小说参与评选，按教师给予的等级进行奖励；老带新两人均提交微小说（亲子到访）各获得电影票一张；邀请优秀老生（有续费意向）参与活动，根据教师评级进行奖励。
二、活动简介
活动名称：阳光喔岁末答谢季
活动目的：品牌建设、拉动转介绍、挖掘新学员 活动主题：乐享岁末答谢有礼
活动时间：2012年12月1日——2013年1月6日 活动地点：全国各校区
活动对象：3-12年级学员（家长陪同）
